Introduction to air shower pass box

Working Principle:

The first door is used to access the segregated area outside of the cleanroom, while the second door provides access to the cleanroom. The transfer of materials is performed through a small opening in the middle of the unit, which is strategically placed between the two doors.

Usage:
When using a cleanroom pass box, the material to be transferred is placed in the segregated area outside of the cleanroom. The first door is opened, and the material is placed in the pass box. The pass box's internal environment removes harmful contaminants, and the second door is now opened, providing access to the cleanroom for material transfer.

Maintenance:
To ensure the cleanroom pass box maintains its effectiveness, the unit must be cleaned regularly. This may involve the replacement of filters and the cleaning of the internal chambers. It is recommended to consult the manufacturer's instructions for specific cleaning and maintenance requirements.
